Description
Greenery, water, energy, new homes and a museum. Every city’s dream. Today, Trento can see it come true with the
Le Albere project. A location is reborn, at just a short distance from the centre: It was the most significant example of revitalization of city centres ever completed in Trentino. The hand of a great architect, Renzo Piano gave the city a new look. The area measures about 11 hectares: 5 were destined to a public park; 30,000 m2 were developed to house offices and shops, over 300 apartments; the new Science Museum (the MUSE), overlooking the “Palazzo delle Albere” building, that gave the project its name after the rows of poplar trees; over 2000 underground parking spaces and 30,000 m2 of streets and squares. The interiors were done with the collaboration of Molteni&C, and Dada was chosen to produce the kitchens. From every point of view, a residence at Le Albere offers an advanced method of looking at the home, which satisfies every requirement.
