Italy - Milan AMABILIA - MILAN

Details

Amabilia is a lifestyle project, even more so than of hospitality, starting out in Milan and in Venice, and shortly to touch other extraordinary Italian cities. A project dedicated to those who seek a unique stay, within the elegance of refined spaces, rich in history and charm. Amabilia restitutes the elegant atmosphere of a home in the centre of our peninsular’s capitals of art, culture and fashion: fascinating buildings which become elect places in which to live a unique experience, in the exclusivity of the internal spaces, between made-to-measure furnishings which harmonise with elements of historical value, with the warmth of an all-Italian welcome and the privilege of enjoying breathtaking views.

Far from every common idea, far from the ordinary, a step beyond the idea of luxury itself. Amabilia Milano is a project whose scope is to offer to those who can enjoy it, a unique, unforgettable experience: immersed in the heart of Milan from a more than just privileged position, a breathtaking view onto the spectacular Duomo square, the city’s heart.
Outside, the pulsating swarm of the capital of Lombardy; inside, the sophisticated, muffled elegance of four luxurious suites.

Private, independent, and located on the last floor of the recently restored XIXth century building - Palazzo Carminati - maintaining the original architectural design fascination intact.

Their names - Montenapoleone, Triennale, Scala and Aperitivo - pay homage to fashion, design, culture and the Milanese style.

Effectively they represent an ideal tour of the capital of Lombardy. It is as if by visiting the various rooms the guest revisits the key places of the city again starting out from the common area - a living room which reflects the characteristic Milanese sobriety - and experiences that peculiar mix of comfort and luxury which live together here in rational harmony. The design of the internal parts bears the name of the Federico Peri studio, the founder of which is one of the most important names in Italian design.

A relaxing location, like a home but sophisticated like a charming mansion, the ideal place to embark on discovering Milan, for a stay which equally satisfies the mind and the body.

Contemporary interior spaces make harmonious use of iconic pieces of the Molteni&C collections, including: the D.153.1 and D.151.4 armchairs designed by Gio Ponti, the small tables Panna Cotta by Ron Gilad, Vicino by Foster + Partners, and When by Rodolfo Dordoni, and the Pass-Word sideboard by Dante Bonuccelli.
