In the heart of the vibrant West Chelsea neighborhood is Soo K. Chan’s 11-story luxury residence building – Five One Five. In addition to the custom millwork designed for this project, the Molteni Group worked directly with the interior designers to furnish the marketing suite with iconic pieces designed by Vincent Van Duysen, Gio Ponti, and Patricia Urquiola for Molteni&C.
